KAM

Shiatsu
Ancient art that is more than 5,000 years old that uses Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and hands on bodywork to move Ki (vital energy) through the body's meridians.
Energy Palpation
Primarily focusing on the blockages, qualility, and flow of the client's energetic body, using polarity therapy and reflexology.
Connective Tissue Therapy
Focused, deep, slow strokes that progressively lengthen, soften, spread, clear, and mold the connective tissue. This therapy helps the connective tissue to become more resilient, pliable and fluid.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Application that discovers and releases trigger points (tender, hypersensitive and referred pain) within the muscle bellies.
Pregnancy
Focuses on the body changes and needs during pregnancy. Relieves and alleviates pain, postural issues, foot issues, organ compression, supports the bodies needs, and assists in circulation.
Hydrotherapy
Use of cold and heat in the form of foot baths, compresses or ice to reduce inflammation, wastes, etc. This modality is great for the injured, as well as, the healthy.
Therapeutic use of Essential Oils
Aromatic oils have been in use for over 5,000 years to help the body boost it's immune system. Essential oils are blended in massage oil or lotion to assist other massage modalities in the health of the client.
Sports Massage
Fast pre-event muscle stimulation strokes used to warm and flow blood into muscles, preparing the muscles to perform. Post-event massage is quick and light to flush cellular waste out and assists the body's natural recovery from recent strenuous activity. Full body flush lasts 1/2-1 hour post-event focusing on strained areas and flushing the entire body with deeper pressure and light stretching.
