The prices below are for therapeutic, integrated massage and are subject to change, please inquire when scheduling your next appointment: A typical full-body session will include work on your back, neck, shoulder, legs, hands, arms, head, and feet. Each session is customized. Therapeutic, integrated massage includes various techniques with the intention to relax and relieve muscular tension, as well as to reduce overall stress levels.

Knead My Muscles to Relax
For those in search of deeper work* with precision, focus, and attention on knots, trigger points, and tension. Hot stones and hot towels are used with therapeutic massage techniques geared toward stubborn, painful, bothersome, tense muscles. Add cups for an additional $10. A combination of frills and knead to relax incorporated massage cups to further facilitate the attention given to knots, trigger points, and tension. *Deeper work should not be confused with pain which is NOT therapeutic.

Travel to me
A great way to create a relaxed business event or express appreciation to staff with a chair massage. Set up and travel fee $25 plus $2/minute. Traveling over 30 minutes from my office may require an additional fee. This is approximately 90 minutes - $205.
Couple's Massage
Enjoy some together time with a couples massage. Think of holidays or special dates that matter to you as a couple. Inquire about full details. Due to the nature of the amount of teamwork, it takes to coordinate a couple's massage, the cancelation policy requires 48 hours' notice.

Enjoy some relaxing time while receiving sound and crystal energy. Tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, tincha, Angel bell, crystals, and feathers may be utilized to clean and tune up you and your energy centers. Integrative Energy Therapy®: (includes discussion* and energetic session)
Use of acupressure and angelic healing to release stored patterns of tension within the various levels of the human energy fields and deeply suppressed feelings at a cellular level. The flow of energy is reestablished, and use of intuition is used to read energy imbalances to be released. Hands are placed on specific energy centers of the body, while the client remains fully clothed. Karmic energy clearing of the 8th chakra stores the book of our souls. The soul’s mission is brought forward, as the client pays attention to the thoughts and images that are often experienced.
Powerburst--$70
A Master Instructor technique to send a powerful burst of energy filled with healing symbols. The powerburst supports and sends additional healing, when necessary, can be sent to objects (cars, computers, etc.), and stays with the person or object as long as needed. Sessions may be set up to be in person or remotely.
12-Strand DNA Alignment--$70
Master Instructor technique which helps the client to get unstuck by aligning, clearing, and accelerating energy, by use of powerful energy symbols.
Soul Mission, Energetic Vision Board, with Heart Net--$160
Cleansing of the soul star while the client visualizes element of their vision board within their mind's eye, a link is established with the vision board and 8th chakra and drawn into the client’s heart to facilitate a smoother path into reality for that or something better for the highest good and highest healing for all concerned.
Reiki:
An ancient energetic healing technique used to stimulate the body’s own innate power to heal itself. Hands can be placed over or on specific energy centers of the body, while the client remains fully clothed.

Classes:
Integrative Energy Therapy®: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Healing Angels of Energy, IET® Steps to Transformation, IET® for Kids, & IET® for Pets. My classes are limited to up to 4 individuals per class and are priced at the lower end of the fair market price that is set by the Center of Being.
Health Coaching:
$100 for 50 minutes. Sessions can be in person, over the phone, via Zoom.

Policies
Cancelation/ Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. Due to the nature of couples' massages, 48 hours is required when canceling or rescheduling.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly be on time, and consider arriving about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
I provide an intuitive, integrated, nonsexual, therapeutic massage, and I will not work with anyone who is behaving inappropriately, asking for extra services not listed on the menu of services provided, or requesting a date. A zero-tolerance policy is in place, as stated on the intake form, which all clients sign acknowledging these policies.
